We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage via Supabase, tokenized payment processing via Stripe (we never store raw card numbers), and row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable precautions to protect your information. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
ChildCareGrant is intended for adults (parents and guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at contact@childcaregrant.com and we will promptly delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
ChildCareGrant is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. For EU/UK users, our service providers participate in Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of your data.
